RUB-A-DUB SYDNEY FIRECRACKERS
pREP TIME: 15 MINUTES - COOK TIME: 5 MINUTES
Ingredients
1 Pack Jatz Crackers (or gluten-free crackers for a gluten-free option)
2 tbsp olive oil (spray preferred)
1 tsp Rub-A-Dub Spicy Lemon Myrtle Seasoning
50 g Parmigiano Reggiano, finely blitzed
Optional Garnishes:
Lemon zest
Method
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan-forced) or 200°C (conventional). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Prepare the Crackers:
In a small bowl, Place JAtz and spray with oil as you toss to evenly coat them.
ADD Rub-A-Dub Spicy Lemon Myrtle Seasoning and parmiggiano and toss around to evenly coat.
Arrange the Jatz Crackers on the prepared baking tray. try not to overlap crackers for even cooking.
Bake the Crackers:
Place the tray in the oven and bake for 5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the crackers are golden brown.
Serve:
Let the crackers cool before serving. Garnish with a touch of lemon zest for added brightness. Enjoy as a snack or appetizer on a cheeseboard.
